The finance function of a national broadcaster needed to improve their ability to work under stress while maintaining a high quality of output.  Reflexion Consulting was invited to contribute to a challenging day of team learning and and decision making.  

The team was guided through multi-media presentations on decision making methodologies before a series part-task training sessions and then immersion in a series of practical exercises. 

The team left with a list of of improvements and changes to their working methods to embed in the wider organisation.
