Changing a light bulb

We've relied on the good old light bulb as our 'bright idea' icon for ages now but, as technology progresses, this favourite image of inspiration needs an update.

The Times Online writer John-Paul Flintoff runs a 'Green Central' blog which sports a fashionable energy-saving bulb in its logo:

Unfortunately, energy saving bulbs are more than a little dim in inspirational terms too. The spiralling gas tube reminds me of a confining cage rather than a liberating break-through.

I have dutifully scoured the picture libraries for a more dynamic, imaginative green light bulb image that will serve us as a visionary beacon for this new, bright, energy conscious millennium. Here is the best I can find:
