Mentoring

My mentoring work is where I concentrate on content rather than process. I work with individuals or groups who are investing in increased performance in the face of stressful, complex environments. This work is based on my experience as a military fighter pilot and supported by several years of instructing fast-jet flying and weaponry, communication skills and safety culture. I bring experience in the discipline of 'Decision Making Under Stress' together with techniques and organisational routines to encourage 'Situational Awareness' - and commensurate high capability.
