Reflexion Consulting delivered instruction in Decision Making Under Stress (DMUS) and rapid-fire improvisation skills which were then put to the test in highly experiential, outdoor exercises provided by First Ascent.

The instructional sessions used compelling imagery, video and simple exercises to develop transferrable techniques originally employed in the aviation industry to develop effective leadership and excellent communication contributing to perfect task execution.
