An individual with phenomenal intellect and ferocious determination, the client was charged with gaining wide engagement around a regional investment program. This proved to be difficult and the client stuggled in such a sensitive, politicised role, gaining a reputation as being difficult to work with and short-tempered. A series of coaching conversations, held over a period of 8 months, focused on enabling the client to pace and match colleagues, to bring them into his thinking and to gently nurture their participation and commitment
The effort was rewarded when, at the end of the coaching period the client won a six-figure investment in program. Shortly afterwards a seven-figure investment was achieved and the client continues to achieve success in a challenging, strategic post.
